Request Account Deletion

You can request permanent deletion of your SmartRiddhi account and all associated data. We’ll verify ownership and process your request in up to 7 business days.

How it works

1) Submit request

Fill the form below with your registered mobile number and email.

2) Verify identity

We’ll verify it’s you (via your registered phone/email used in the app).

3) Deletion window

Once verified, we queue your account and data for deletion within 7 business days.

4) Confirmation

You’ll receive a final confirmation email/SMS when deletion is complete.

Note: Legal, fraud-prevention, and audit obligations may require limited retention as described in our Privacy Policy.

Will my data be recoverable after deletion?

No. Once deletion is completed, your data is permanently removed and cannot be restored.
